So this week saw the arrival of February, which is Caspian’s and my birthday month. Hopefully, we’ll have a great time next week when he turns two on the same day I hit 34. The colour theme for February on my Instagram account is pink, so you’ll see most of the photos incorporating this colour in various shades. It helps to brighten up what can otherwise be a dark and grey month weatherwise as we wait for spring to arrive.
I’m excited to be working with international company We Are Knitters. I’m not a knitter, but I’ve heard it’s lovely and stress relieving, which I definitely need plus they have products for all levels, even complete beginners like me.

I really needed to read this quote as I’ve been struggling to focus. Simply because of tiredness, not having family around to lend a hand with Caspian is hard. I have him more or less full time and I’m trying to work as well, so it’s a bit of a balancing act.
As you might have seen I recently lost a close friend and it’s been hard to deal with as it was very unexpected. Though some lovely friends that I have made through blogging sent me this beautiful bunch of flowers to try and cheer me up.
