Last weekend Caspian and I made our way into London. We were invited to an early screening of Peppa Pig – My First Cinema Experience which opens nationwide on the 7th of April.

It was Caspian’s first time at the big screen, awake at least since he managed to sleep through the entire Finding Dory last year.

Accompanied by his little friend the two settled in their seats armed with drinks and themed cupcakes. The excitement made their eyes sparkle. We’ve only recently made the acquaintance of miss Peppa, but Caspian has taken to her, though Daddy Pig seems to be his favourite. Maybe it’s the glasses?

PEPPA PIG MY FIRST CINEMA EXPERIENCE

Fans of Entertainment One’s (eOne) Peppa Pig will be snorting with delight as everyone’s favourite little piggy heads to cinemas nationwide in an exciting new big-screen adventure. With all new stories, characters and lots of jumping in muddy puddles.

We found this a perfect introduction to the cinema for preschoolers as ‘PEPPA PIG MY FIRST CINEMA EXPERIENCE’ is an hour of snorts, giggles and Peppa fun. In the first of nine never-before-seen episodes called ‘Peppa Visits London’, The Queen takes Peppa and her friends on an exciting tour of London in a double-decker red bus! We especially enjoyed this episode as Caspian’s love of vehicles and buses, in particular, is still going strong.

The other new ‘oink-tastic’ episodes include ‘The Police, ‘Canal Boat’, ‘The Zoo’, ‘Move to the Music’ and a four-part adventure in which Peppa goes on an exciting holiday to Australia to visit her friend, Kylie Kangaroo. Between the episodes, little ones (and parents too!) can join in with games, singing and dancing as there will be on-screen interactive entertainment featuring live action Peppa and George characters and their overexcited human friend Daisy, in a colourful new world.
